Job Summary

Wood Plc is seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to support our growing Operations team in Darwin, NT. This permanent role will involve providing efficient administration support for Key Managers and contributing to multidisciplinary projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of proven administration experience, with a strong focus on detail and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. They will be an intermediate to advanced IT user, experienced in MS Office Suite and other document handling programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Key Managers and contribute to the success of multidisciplinary projects
  • Manage a range of tasks with changing / competing priorities while delivering results at a fast pace
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Located in Darwin or willing to relocate to Darwin
  • Business & Administration Certificate II and relevant industry experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced IT user
