Salary
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, for this full-time position based in Darwin, NT.
Job Description
This role involves providing efficient administration support to our multidisciplinary projects team, ensuring seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to project managers and teams
- Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of administration experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including MS Office Suite and document handling programs
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and a solutions mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
