JLL is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the relationship with clients and service providers to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide high-level support to the facilities management team in an operational, financial, project, administrative, and customer service capacity.
  • Coordinate the operational management of our clients' facilities to ensure the appropriate and efficient operation of all physical aspects.
  • Develop and manage the relationship with clients to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
  • Schedule and manage building preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship due to security clearance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience working across remote sites.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in facilities management, including technical skills, OH&S, vendor management, and a basic understanding of the technical aspects of property.
  • Ability to manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with FM software platforms.
