About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in Darwin. As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop and apply administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchase order creation, and parts procurement from external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply administrative tasks, including invoicing and purchase order creation
  • Provide parts interpreting services and support to the Parts, Services, and Sales Departments
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, and email requests

About You:

  • Completed Year 12 with passes in English and Mathematics
  • A passion for vehicles and the automotive industry
  • A willingness to work and learn on the job
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Pride in completing jobs to a high standard
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team environment
