Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Professional

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Professional. As part of the Risk and Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization meets its regulatory obligations and maintains a strong risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide compliance advice and support to business leaders on risk and compliance matters;
* Assist in the provision of compliance assessments and reports to relevant stakeholders;
* Support the development and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks, policies, tools, systems, and processes;
* Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive alignment and consistent implementation of risk and compliance accountabilities;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field;
* Relevant postgraduate and/or professional qualification desirable;
* At least 5+ years' experience in a similar role or compliance role experience in the financial services industry;
* Strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks and industry codes;
* Excellent project and time management skills;
* Ability to understand business issues and adopt a pragmatic risk-based approach;
* Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage, build rapport, and present to management;
