**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough reviews of our operations to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports reflecting compliance and assurance metrics across the business.
  • Review and update policies and procedures to ensure they align with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on compliance requirements to ensure staff members are informed and compliant.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives that promote compliance and mitigate risk.

**Requirements:**

  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work closely with all levels across the organization, navigating regulatory compliance with an in-depth understanding of internal policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate high-quality interactions with various teams.
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities to assist teams finding compliant solutions to emerging issues.
  • Ability to self-manage time and priorities under guidance from a line manager.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • University-level qualification in financial services or related discipline.
  • Compliance industry qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Compliance & Risk Management) highly desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Previous experience or involvement in the cryptocurrency industry.
