Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute impactful communication strategies and campaigns to engage our customers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and pitch stories to secure coverage.
  • Assist with issues management, ensuring timely and effective communication to address crises and build trust.
  • Contribute to business decisions that drive change and benefit our customers, communities, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team and across functions to align communication and drive greater impact.

Essential Skills

  • Effective liaison skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in communications measurement and reporting.
  • Excellent written communication skills and storytelling ability.
  • Exhibit excellent stakeholder skills, including negotiation and influence.
