Naval Structure Analysis

We are seeking highly skilled experts in naval structure analysis to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver structural systems design for naval ship systems, applying robust systems engineering principles.

You will perform first principle structural calculations to the required standards and utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to analyze complex tasks. Additionally, you will undertake technical investigations, root cause analysis, and solution identification.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with other disciplines to develop new naval ship system designs. You will also provide assistance to and mentor junior engineers in their career development.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Naval Architect / Aeronautical), proven experience in a Structural or Naval Architecture function, and a demonstrated understanding of structures and material properties.

You should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to operate autonomously using initiative and sound reasoning, and excellent communication skills. Experience in FEA software, particularly ANSYS, is highly desirable.
