Your role is to provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

You'll spend your time completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes supporting with activities that include:

  • In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
  • Providing care in accordance with individualised Care Plans
  • Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

What makes a difference for us?

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support or an equivalent qualification, a current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required, basic experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc and confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
