  1. Providing daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, mealtime support, and mobility assistance
  2. Delivering care according to individualized care plans, prioritizing each person's unique needs and preferences
  3. Supporting community-based recreational and social activities that foster connections and a sense of belonging
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other digital tools
  • Confidence in passing relevant probity checks and maintaining high standards of professionalism
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or a willingness to obtain it
