This front-line, target-driven position combines case management with proactive employer engagement to create sustainable employment matches that benefit both the individual and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with local employers through networking, cold calling, and business development to identify job opportunities.
  • Work one-on-one with participants to understand their goals, address barriers, and develop employment pathways.
  • Match participants to suitable roles and provide ongoing support throughout recruitment, placement, and post-placement care.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation aligned with contractual and organisational standards.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs related to placements, customer satisfaction, and business development.
Requirements:
  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
  • Proven success in sales or target-driven environments.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of employer needs and the local labour market.
  • Ability to work independently and in a dispersed team environment.
  • Experience working with people with intellectual disability or other support needs is highly regarded.
