Job Opportunity

As a key member of our Regional Engineering Operations team, this leadership role is responsible for spearheading analytics initiatives to drive data-driven solutions that optimize engineering operations and enhance performance, safety, and sustainability.

This strategic position has input in setting the overall strategy and leads the development and implementation of policies that promote environmental stewardship. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in ensuring our contributions to the Climate Action Plan, aiming to reduce carbon emissions by 25%, eliminate single-use plastics by 2027, and achieve zero general waste to landfill by 2030.

In addition, the leader will oversee the engineering business's digital transformation, driving initiatives to boost efficiency and performance through innovative strategies and technologies. This role fosters a robust sustainability culture, promoting practices like Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and Carbon Offsets, while maintaining effective cost management.
