Our goal is to find a passionate and experienced Sustainability Professional who can drive our sustainability strategy forward. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to review holistic performance, align project plans, and implement Group-wide strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the sustainability field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, lead, and implement Lindt Australia's sustainability strategy to ensure effective execution of our sustainability plan.
  • Oversee the local implementation of Lindt & Sprüngli's global sustainability initiative.
  • Lead collaboration with functional leaders to drive behavioural change required to support the sustainability agenda.

This position requires exceptional communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and be highly self-motivated. The successful candidate will bring previous experience in successfully leading projects, as well as outstanding collaboration and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a prioritised roadmap to ensure project initiatives progress smoothly, sharing progress with the Executive team and Decarbonisation Steering Committee, and driving sustainability outcomes across the organisation.
