As a key team member, you will contribute to the delivery of our sustainability strategy with a focus on governance and reporting for new business activities.

About The Role
  • Implement governance and monitoring activities to enhance Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance in new business activities.
  • Review current ESG activities, policies, and data across environment, climate change, and human rights.
  • Assess and evaluate existing documents and processes to identify due diligence procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements, including risk identification and monitoring.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of our Sustainability Strategy, governance frameworks, reporting obligations, and risk processes.
About You
  • A strong academic qualification in sustainability, environmental and social discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in sustainability, governance and reporting, including human rights, is highly valued.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong engagement skills with the ability to build internal networks are necessary.
  • The ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, with initiative to suggest commercially viable solutions, is important.
  • Experience working with and analysing ESG data sets is preferred.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape is valuable.
