Salary
$134,411-$155,445 + super and leave loading per annum, commensurate with experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Wellbeing Manager to lead our Health, Safety and Staff Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive prevention initiatives through direct support to staff, strengthening mentally healthy workplaces across our schools and offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to deliver staff wellbeing programs and case management services to schools and staff;
- Develop and deliver innovative programs and services to improve staff wellbeing and the social, emotional, health and educational outcomes in schools;
- Provide expert advice and case management support to schools and executives;
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, business, management, social sciences or equivalent knowledge and experience;
- Extensive senior-level experience in managing large complex organisations;
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one;
- Experience in developing and implementing programs to enhance staff wellbeing in schools;
Key Skills and Qualities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills;
- Strong people management skills, preferably with experience in managing a team or in a lead position;
- Ability to remain resilient and composed in high-pressure situations;
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's and upholding the values to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people;
- National Driver Licence and willingness to drive;
