About the Role:

Our Health, Safety and Staff Wellbeing team is looking for a highly skilled Manager Staff Wellbeing to join our team in Sydney.

As a Manager Staff Wellbeing, you will lead a collaborative support team to deliver proactive prevention initiatives through direct support to staff, strengthening mentally healthy workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver staff wellbeing programs and case management services to schools and staff.
  • Develop and deliver innovative programs and services to improve staff wellbeing and social, emotional, health, and educational outcomes in schools.
  • Provide expert advice and case management support to schools and executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as education, business, management, social sciences, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience at a senior level in the management of a large complex organisation.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of programs and strategies to enhance staff wellbeing in schools.
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution skills are highly desirable.
