Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture, you will work alongside a passionate team of professionals to deliver accurate payroll processing, HR admin support, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. You will be responsible for processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for 600+ employees, remitting payroll taxes, preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting, and determining payroll liabilities through accurate calculation of employee salaries, taxes, superannuation, leave entitlements, and workers compensation payments.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with current Payroll Project amalgamating Group payrolls into a more streamlined process, prepare and review payroll account reconciliations, maintain accurate account balances, prepare and distribute monthly payroll reporting to managers, end-to-end process of new hires and terminations, manage time cards, time entry, and timekeeping software and systems, calculate and process off-cycle payments as required, and manage the Salary Review process from end to end.
