Job Summary:

Compensation Administrator

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll and superannuation, as well as other compliance tasks. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Processing payroll, superannuation and employee entitlements
  • Assisting with commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a payroll position
  • Proven experience using MYOB, ADP payroll and Xero software
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

We are seeking an experienced individual who can maintain our financial systems accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including maintenance of financial records, payroll processing and reconciliation of financial accounts.
