We are seeking an Administrative Compensation Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our workforce, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our compensation processes.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work with us. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and rectify barriers to prompt wage reimbursement from the workers' compensation insurer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Correct errors in payments to allow for reimbursement
  • Reconcile payments from the insurer against NSWPF claims
  • Collaborate with claims officers on managing rejections received from the insurer
