Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager Workers Compensation to lead our team in managing claims, payment of benefits and entitlements, and reconciliation in accordance with the workers compensation legislation.
The successful candidate will provide direction and supervision to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. They will also play a key role in process improvement and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the processing of workers compensation claims
- Supervise and develop staff to achieve high performance standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
