We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Audit and Assurance Quality Team.
About the Role
- This role involves various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of operations and facilitate the achievement of team deliverables in key projects.
- Coordination of team meetings, activities, and events.
- Preparation and management of agendas, presentations, and minutes for various meetings.
- Coordination and management of travel requirements.
- Project support as required.
- Invoicing and expense claim processing for the leadership group.
- Document management system activities, including team site management, communication, and distribution of information.
- Design and preparation of documents as required.
- Logistics support with regulatory requests.
- Intranet site updates and support.
- Template creation and updates.
About You
- Experience as a Team or Admin Assistant in a professional services environment is desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional approach to tasks, while acting with integrity.
- Strong communication and service delivery ethic.
- Driven, confident, proactive manner and willingness to learn.
