We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at a leading law firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior partners and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

General office administration and operations, including mail management, diary management, and office supplies

IT and systems maintenance, including client database updates

Assisting with trust and general accounts, billing, and debt collection

Client liaison and relationship management, including phone and in-person interactions

Marketing and events management
