About the Role

The company is seeking two Independent Directors to join the Board, playing an active role in shaping the development and expansion of the broader integrated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide governance and oversight in the ongoing management of the livestock assets and processing capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for the company's growth and expansion.
  • Bring expertise in strategy, markets, operational issues, technology, and regulatory concerns.
  • Apply commercial and financial acumen to drive business decisions.
  • Ensure effective governance, ESG, and risk management practices.
Requirements
  • Extensive executive career experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Northern Cattle production systems and/or meat processing and related value chains.
  • Proven track record in strategy, markets, operational issues, technology, and regulatory concerns.
  • Commercial and financial acumen applied to comparable agricultural enterprises of scale and complexity.
  • Understanding of investment management, including fully integrated operations, governance, ESG, and risk.
  • Experience in managing and knowledge of the Australian political sphere around the agricultural sector.
  • Previous Board experience is considered essential.
