About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing processes that support procurement, contract management, and payments.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a greenfield environment and develop strategic solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency;
  • Lead initiatives to improve capability and oversee the delivery of tools to support procurement analytics, compliance frameworks, and program management;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across finance, legal, and IT departments.

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement operations and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with CRM, SRM, and ERP systems.
