Job Title: Supply Chain Excellence Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee the collaboration with key customers to drive mutual value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead effective communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and cooperation.
  • Develop and implement processes to achieve customer service excellence, invoice accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Build a high-performing team by providing coaching, delegation, and leadership to drive business growth.
  • Initiate and implement account-specific initiatives for efficient replenishment and availability.
  • Drive the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), preferably with expertise in customer supply chain management.
  • Cross-functional experience in sales, CS&L, demand planning, and logistics knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SAP, information systems, process design, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from large data sets and deliver actionable results within timelines and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Able to influence, negotiate, and apply commercial acumen.
