Key Customer Supply Chain Position

This is a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency.

The Customer Supply Chain Manager plays a critical part in this process, ensuring seamless collaboration with customers to create value and improve supply chain performance.

This position oversees the customer collaboration agenda, enhancing value and service while boosting supply chain efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders: sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply, and external partners
  • Drive KPIs targets including customer service, invoice accuracy, late delivery, and Root Cause Analysis through efficient process implementation
  • Lead a team to secure current and future plans by developing, coaching, delegating, and leading them to drive the business agenda
  • Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving joint value creation initiatives
  • Deliver enhanced service by implementing customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with customers
Essential Skills:
  • Experience in CS&L (Customer Service & Logistics) function, preferably with knowledge of customer supply chain management
  • Cross-functional experience (sales, Customer Service & Logistics, demand planning, and logistics knowledge)
  • SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures
  • Advantageous to have experience leading and developing a team
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication skills & prioritisation
  • Able to influence, negotiate, and apply commercial acumen
  • Advantageous, FMCG experience within supplier or customer
About This Role:

This position will be based between our customer's site and our office. Relocation support is not available.
