**Role Purpose
Woolworths Supply Chain is undergoing a transformation through the launch of My PrimaryConnect, a new digital platform to support our growing Primary Connect business. My Primary Connect (MyPC) will power Primary Connect is our market leading commercial platform is a growth engine built to accelerate our market position in the coming years. We will create customer-driven solutions for an industry-leading SC experience that will differentiate us from our competitors, and create long term partnerships.
Role exists for ensuring successful Implementation & deployment of Systems capability into our Supply Chain with a primary focus on end users and team transition and training.
Collaborating with the site DC and Transport operations teams to assist with site preparation and coordination of activities throughout the implementation activities and that we have a fit for purpose solution.
**Key Responsibilties
- To lead, own and drive the implementation of the CSF systems across the individual DC/s that are assigned to the Lead
- Plan, build & manage a sites deployment team, including people plan to ensure product knowledge continuity into BAU
- Responsible for a site's 'Production ready' solution, including UAT and Operations team readiness.
- Consulted on change, comms, process and training
- Key contributor on 'solution ready' build, including base configuration and setup.
- Responsible for initial site deep dives and functional gap analysis
- Work with the design team on gap documents and timelines
- Direct day-to-day management of core SMEs and Site Champions
- Development of a Ramp-up strategy and plan, balancing stakeholders, system & operational considerations
- Coordinate Go-Live Support plan to DCs during implementation
- Manage and maintain engagements with stakeholders through successful deployment
- Drive the cultural change required for a successful deployment of technology into operational environments
- Work with Change team on Comms strategy for both end users and stakeholders
- Contribute to detailed rollout strategy, plans and schedules
- Ensure successful handover to all BAU operational units in the supply chain
- Closely align with IT on outstanding defects and operational Impacts
- Establish a clear Baseline of site KPIs and Metrics
- Maintain a training plan and approach
**About you
- Min 10 years in logistics managing deployment teams with system or inventory experience
- Domain knowledge in SCS
- Leadership and team motivational and team performance management
- Maintain effective management under stress
- Ability to travel for extended periods of time
- High level of computer literacy including Systems knowledge for Google Suite, Experience in achieving outcomes through indirect management
- Proven track record of pragmatic delivery and value creation
- Proactive mindset and ambitious attitude
- The ability to challenge the status quo
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills and techniques
- Effective time management
- Ability to work within a team of cross functional departments and resources
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with sound attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, high activity setting
