Supply Chain Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive supply chain excellence and capability within our organisation. The Supply Chain Expert will design, deliver, and embed learning and development programs that uplift skills and knowledge across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and priorities.
  • Develop engaging training content for technical, compliance, and leadership capability.
  • Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking progress and reporting on impact.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills, as well as experience in supply chain operations and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and roll out onboarding programs, SOPs, and competency frameworks.
  • Partner with operational leaders, SMEs, and external providers to align training with strategic goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement, embedding best practice and supporting operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience building capability within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs and managing LMS platforms.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent highly regarded.
