About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-level service to customers, managing parts enquiries, requests, and quotes.
  • Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
  • Identify and interpret parts through the APG enterprise applications.
  • Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
  • Maintain departmental KPI's and focus on continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about customers, a service expert with some sales experience, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
