The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar senior leadership role, overseeing a multi-disciplinary commercial team.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical expertise in revenue management, with a strong ability to drive sales growth and optimise revenue streams.
  • Strong financial skills, including budget management and analytical reasoning, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to dissect market trends, develop innovative media strategies, and deliver impactful results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial plans to maximise revenue, enhance guest experiences, and ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Managing departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with hotel financial goals and effective resource allocation.
  • Setting pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and inventory management to achieve optimal occupancy and average daily rates.
  • Utilising advanced analytics to provide strategic insights, regular reporting on revenue performance, and operational efficiency to senior management and stakeholders.
