Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our International Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Regional Sales Leads to drive business performance goals and provide value-added insights and analysis that influence commercial decision-making.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing detailed analysis and recommendations on portfolio case rate volume, pricing, and trade spend efficiency
  • Proactively communicating commercial impacts that will have an impact on the portfolio
  • Developing initiatives to improve visibility and accountability of business Sales and Profit performance
  • Supporting strategic and project analysis to drive improved returns on Trade Spend Investments and CODB spend
  • Proactively working with key stakeholders to optimise ways of working
  • Playing a key role in the forecast and budget processes for the business
  • Clear and effective communication across multiple groups of stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for a customer-centric finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (post-graduate roles)
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Advanced experience using financial systems and reporting tools in a commercial environment
  • As system-savvy person that is comfortable in extracting and translating data from multiple systems
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate through a complex organisational structure and work effectively cross-functionally
  • Strong presentation and storyboarding skills
  • Advanced time management and prioritisation skills
  • Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically
  • Ability to prioritise team efforts to support business requirements
  • Desire for ongoing continuous improvement and process excellence
  • Desire to be part of the exciting and energetic Drinks industry
