Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Recovery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from work-related injuries and return to their jobs safely.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims across multiple teams, ensuring timely strategies are implemented to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.
  • Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers, while demonstrating a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with our team and relevant authorities to foster positive outcomes for injured workers.
About You:
  • You have held roles within a medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate field, specialising in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to think critically when engaging and managing stakeholders throughout the process.
  • You are organized, with excellent time management skills and a passion for helping others manage challenging situations.
