Assessment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Assessment Professional to join our team. As an Assessment Professional, you will play a critical role in processing high volumes of assessments submitted by our online students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess course materials submitted by students
  • Prepare and send Statements of Attainment
  • Complete assessment documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Conduct telephone assessments
  • Provide coaching and support to students as required
  • Manage problem assessments
  • Validate student records

Requirements:

  • Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
