About the Opportunity

JMDR is a global leader in railway engineering and training, with a presence in multiple regions. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver nationally accredited rail training programs, complemented by our expertise in construction and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical training and assessment for local rail programs, including Trackside Safety, SARC, WET, RCPO, Protection Officer, and Communications.
  • Support workforce development across the growing rail industry.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116, or TAE40110 with TAELLN401/411 and TAEASS502).
  • Qualification in Rail related qualifications is an advantage.
Essential Skills
  • Current or recent rail industry experience.
  • Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training for operational contexts.
