Account Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our APAC Hospitality Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound sales for our hospitality venues based in the APAC market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and providing solutions that add value to their business.
  • Build strong relationships with merchants, increasing empathy and understanding throughout the organization.
  • Guide qualifying customers through their upgrade path from basic platforms to more advanced platforms.
  • Demonstrate software solutions to customers, showcasing core POS products and modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in account management, sales development representative or similar role carrying a sales quota.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to use technology to manage and organize pipeline.
  • Entrepreneurial approach; working smarter not harder.
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills.
