Site Support Fitter Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technical problem-solving and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will support customers with technical issues, create solutions to meet their needs, and assist staff with technical and diagnostic support at a mine site in Western Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting equipment and customers
  • Performing diagnostic evaluations, troubleshooting, and fault finding
  • Conducting hydraulic testing, machine inspections, and customer reports
  • Conducting electrical testing, machine inspections, and customer reports
  • Collaborating with internal departments to provide high levels of service
  • Promoting parts and service in line with sales targets
  • Assisting technicians with technical faults on construction and mining equipment
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Excellent technical knowledge of construction and mining equipment
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel as required for customer needs
