About the Role:
The Business Services Manager is responsible for leading the office-based customer service team and enabling the sales and operations teams in the field. They will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the customer service team, including recruiting, training, managing, and monitoring their activity to achieve the business's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Display the ambition and focus required to achieve goals and objectives to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Provide practical support and encouragement to develop others to build capability.
- Gather and make sense of large amounts of information to make business and customer-focused decisions.
- Build relationships and collaborate with other heads of departments.
- Communicate expectations and direction, inspire others to achieve objectives, and hold them accountable to high standards of performance.
