About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Community Services Coordinator to lead our community care portfolio, encompassing residential care and supported independent living. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee staff within the community care portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative standards and best practices, guiding team members on key requirements.
  • Develop and submit detailed service quotes for funding programs, promoting our organization's expertise.
  • Promote and uphold safe work practices, proactively identifying and mitigating risks across the community care sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Community Services Coordinator or similar roles, such as Residential Services Coordinator or Aged Care and Disability Services Coordinator.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health, Community Services, Aged Care, or Disability.
  • Extensive experience working with elderly and vulnerable individuals, understanding their unique needs.
  • Proven experience leading teams in a community care setting, with a comprehensive knowledge of the community care sector.
