As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to promote compliance with auditor independence rules and regulations in our National Risk & Ethics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply relevant auditor independence rules and regulations to support key projects, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and colleagues to identify and address conflicts and ethics queries, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Mentor and lead assigned teams on independence, conflicts, and ethics projects, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who can drive results-oriented initiatives and develop strategic plans to enhance our independence, conflicts, and ethics capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A deep understanding of auditor independence standards and related regulations.
  • Proven experience in implementing changes to reflect revised provisions in auditor independence standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
