  • Experience in software development, with the willingness to jump into technical problems and dive into code
  • Able to review code and improve quality in multiple programming languages and on unfamiliar code bases, reviewing code at EGM/SU team scale
  • Confident in your knowledge of system and application performance testing, programming, and the ability to monitor, measure, and optimise performance and network communication

Tech Skills:

  • Expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python)
  • Strong experience with modern software development practices using tools such as git for source control and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting; scripting and automation using Python, Java, Ruby, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with automating cloud-native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure via code
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices, with a focus on source control, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, and monitoring
