Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will possess excellent training and presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging training sessions, developing high-quality training resources, and conducting assessments to measure CRM competency.

The role is ideal for a trainer with a strong background in delivering educational programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365, possessing technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules.

Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering training programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in large organisations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules.
  • Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience developing high-quality training materials (videos, manuals, workshops).
  • 2-5 years' hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and adaptability for diverse learner backgrounds.
