We are looking for a
Dynamics 365 Trainer
to design, deliver, and manage a comprehensive training programme that enhances user proficiency and maximises adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across the organisation.

In this role, you'll create tailored training materials and playbooks, deliver engaging in-person sessions and webinars, and coach users to ensure effective CRM utilisation. By partnering with stakeholders, you will equip teams with the knowledge and skills needed to optimise business processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual, in-person, small group, and one-to-one coaching).

Develop comprehensive training resources, including quick reference guides, FAQs, videos, and maintain a user knowledge base.

Conduct user assessments to measure CRM competency, identify gaps, and refine programmes based on feedback.

Train stakeholders on core Dynamics 365 functionalities: lead management, sales automation, customer service, reporting, and dashboards.

Promote continuous learning by sharing updates, best practices, and delivering refresher and advanced training sessions.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering training and educational programmes for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in large organisations.

Strong technical knowledge of
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

Certifications preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
  • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
  • Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate

Excellent training & presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience developing high-quality training materials (videos, manuals, workshops).

2–5 years' hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.

Strong problem-solving skills with patience and adaptability for diverse learner backgrounds.

Comfortable delivering training across multiple regions and time zones, using digital tools to track progress and assessments.
