Job Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Solution Developer to join our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these into detailed build specifications for Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions. You will also create Business Process Flow (BPF) diagrams and other technical illustrations to support business process re-engineering efforts.

You will assist with data migration design from legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and compatibility. Additionally, you will assist with system testing to guarantee functional requirements are met and identify any potential issues.

As part of this role, you will develop training materials and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Dynamics 365 across the organisation. You will also provide ongoing support, including analysing and resolving system issues, responding to user queries, and coordinating with technical resources when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and requirements.
  • Create BPF diagrams and other technical illustrations.
  • Assist with data migration design.
  • Assist with system testing.
  • Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years previous experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst working for a large IT/ICT organisation or IT Projects.
  • Proven experience in a functional analyst or similar role, with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities and limitations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
