Senior Technical Specialist for Dynamics 365 Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Discovery workshops with clients and provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on project requirements
  • Create Solution Designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules according to project needs
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for modules including configurations and customizations, lead validation for testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and collaborate with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault
  • Lead the development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Create Data Migration Plans and oversee data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of technology landscape to guide teams effectively
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
Preferred Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform
  • Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
