Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Enablement Specialist to lead the design, delivery, and management of comprehensive training programs that enhance user proficiency and maximize the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across our organisation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering training and educational programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in large organisations. They should possess strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules. The successful applicant will also have excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and develop high-quality training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual, in-person, small group, and one-to-one coaching) to equip users with the necessary skills to maximise the use of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop comprehensive training resources, including quick reference guides, FAQs, videos, and maintain a user knowledge base to support ongoing learning and development.
- Conduct user assessments to measure CRM competency, identify gaps, and refine programs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Train stakeholders on core Dynamics 365 functionalities, including lead management, sales automation, customer service, reporting, and dashboards.
- Promote continuous learning by sharing updates, best practices, and delivering refresher and advanced training sessions to maintain a high level of user engagement and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering training and educational programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in large organisations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience developing high-quality training materials (videos, manuals, workshops).
- 2–5 years' hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong problem-solving skills with patience and adaptability for diverse learner backgrounds.
- Comfortable delivering training across multiple regions and time zones, using digital tools to track progress and assessments.
