Job Description

The successful contractor will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with solid interpersonal skills and experience in:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Business Process Analyst to assist a transformative project with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The contractor must have experience in, and knowledge of, the following:

  • Proven experience in a business process analyst or similar role, with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities and limitations.
  • Familiarity with business process re-engineering and the creation of detailed workflow diagrams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 will be considered an asset.
  • Experience with Customer Service, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations.
  • Proficient in BPMN 2.0.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements, and translate these into detailed build requirements for Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions.
  • Create and draw Business Process Flow (BPF) diagrams and other technical diagrams to support business process re-engineering efforts.
  • Assist with the data migration design from legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and compatibility.
  • Assist with system testing to guarantee functional requirements are met and to identify any potential issues.
  • Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Dynamics 365 across the organisation.
  • Provide ongoing support, including analysing and resolving system issues, responding to user queries, and coordinating with technical resources when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of new Dynamics 365 features and functionality, recommending and implementing upgrades and enhancements as appropriate.
