We are seeking a highly skilled and organised receptionist to support our team in Melbourne. As a key member of the clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident in greeting clients, taking phone calls, and has skills in reception. You will be supported in all aspects of the clinic, including administrative duties such as processing payments, updating client files, and managing social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and texts in a timely manner
  • Client consultations to provide excellent customer service
  • Greeting clients with a smile and making them feel welcome
  • Processing client payments efficiently and accurately
  • Rebooking clients and ensuring smooth communication
  • Using Booking Management system to streamline processes
  • Updating client files to maintain accurate records
  • Social media management and marketing to promote the clinic
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Well-presented, with excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Availability to work Tuesday - Friday and occasional Saturdays
  • Ability to offer comprehensive supporting skills to the team
  • Strong outcomes-focused and able to meet challenging tasks in a timely manner
  • Problem-solving skills with a high standard of care
  • Independent working skills with resilient ability to accept and follow directives
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completed or currently studying Beauty Therapy for added skills
  • Experience with salons and reception duties for a head start
  • Experience in social media marketing to enhance promotional efforts
