
Reception Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Services Officer to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders, while maintaining accurate records and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintaining precise records and performing data entry tasks efficiently.
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries and issues effectively.
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and cooperation.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Customer Service or a related field.
Preferred Requirements:
- National police check and misconduct screening clearance.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry, demonstrating a high level of customer service and support skills.
