Job Title: Senior Business Growth Strategist

We are a leading provider of health, aged care and disability services to Australians in their own homes and in the community. Our goal is to enable individuals to shine by providing personalized support and care.

The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for driving business development initiatives to support more people to live happier, healthier and more independent lives. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market leading growth strategies
  • Build and manage processes for relationship management and nurturing business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and onboard clients while ensuring a positive experience
  • Coordinate with operations divisions to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within the community disability space
  • Adept understanding of the NDIS, Disability and Aged Care sectors
  • Established ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Previous experience transitioning clients from hospital settings
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Well-developed time management skills ensuring stakeholder expectations are met
