About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Repco. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the Mobile Tool Store to new heights, developing relationships with customers, and increasing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage and maintain the Mobile Tool Store, ensuring it is always stocked and presented professionally
  • Provide regular communication with the team and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment
  • Implement monthly promotional activities to drive sales and engagement
  • Review pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Attend sales meetings and tradeshows to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Promote and sell Repco Own Brand Product Range and Milwaukee Product Range
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Mechanical aptitude and/or industry experience
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial sales aptitude
  • Professional selling skills
  • Call cycle and territory planning via Co Driver (CRM)
  • Customer relationship management
  • Commitment to following through on promises and being a solutions provider
  • Team player
